This past Sunday, after many trials and tribulations, I finally sat down and enjoyed 10 courses of inspired deliciousness at Momofuku Ko. Its the most I’ve ever worked for to get a meal and it was worth it. I will not soon forget my meal at Ko, but one bite in particularly, will hold a special place in the memories of my taste buds - the first bite of the fried short rib. I’m not sure what happened, but my mouth went apeshit. Incredible. (here’s a photo of the dish via scaredy_kat)
